  • You should consider using my services if you are a small to medium nonprofit, community group, or corporate event looking for unique venues that do not carry their own AV services. Many groups are on a tight budget and in-house AV solutions at times can have high overhead, and significantly eats into a fundraising or event budget.

    If you just need a plug and play DJ, that’s also an option!

  • If you are planing an event with 500 or more guests, the equipment and services will not be able to accomodate large groups both with audio and visual services, unless you are comfortable with renting additional equipment at cost. In cases where significant AV services are needed for multiple breakout rooms, large conference halls holding more than 500 guests, needing multiple projection options and video conferencing, my services would not be a fit.

    Then we review your event and schedule a free consult to discuss fit, flow, and pricing.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

    For a plug and play DJ service, we charge a flat rate based on the hours needed.

    For full mobile AV applications for a full day (8 hours), the pricing can expect to range from $1,000 - $2,000 depending on equipment and the complexity of the project.
